Glenn G. Hardin, owner of The Tox Group, Inc., has over twenty years experience as a Forensic Toxicologist, consulting in criminal and civil cases. He is board certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Toxicology (DABFT), and he has a Master’s of Public Health in Forensic Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, both from the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Hardin is a Professor of Practice in the Forensic Sciences program at Hamline University, and he is the Scientific Director of RSI Laboratories, Inc. Mr. Hardin spent nineteen years as a Forensic Toxicologist with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, including ten years as Toxicology Supervisor.

As a private consultant, Mr. Hardin accurately interprets alcohol and drug tests in civil and criminal cases for plaintiff’s, prosecution, and defense attorneys. He has provided training and presentations for the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, University of Minnesota, Minnesota New Judges Orientation, Minnesota Judicial College, Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Minnesota Chromatography Forum.

Since 1989 Mr. Hardin has testified in over 200 cases in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and professional sports doping hearings. He is a member of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, Toxicology Section and the Society of Forensic Toxicologists, and he has published three articles related to forensic toxicology in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
