Anita F. Cholewa, Ph.D. - Bio

 Dr. Cholewa is an expert in the identification of plants and plant particles from across the northern U.S., including some ornamentals, and can work with fresh or dried materials. She has worked with several local investigators and prosecutors (on-site assistance can be provided), and has experience with court testimony. She can also provide seminars in forensic botany for training or informational purposes. She currently holds a membership in the Minnesota Chapter of the International Association for Investigators.
Currently Dr. Cholewa is on the staff of the Bell Museum of Natural History, University of Minnesota, which is charged with providing such outreach services (for nominal fees).
